Hi,

Can someone please provide a walkthrough on how to get the back off to access HDD, Ram etc.

I want to upgrade my HDD but dont know how to get it off, I undone all the screws but seems like it stuck somehow where the ethernet port is? I could not get it off.

After investigating internally with the back office, I can confirm that this unit has no service hatch.

Hi @Datwozza ,

it´s a bit tricky,because at first you´ll have to dismount all screws from the lower case and then carefully slowly drive around the case with a slim opening tool, to separate the lower case from the rest of the unit.
