Sustainable and Ethical Blank Notebook?

Hi, I've been trying to find a blank journal that is made in the US/very sustainable and ethical (and isn't involved in greenwashing). When I try finding one through google, I see a lot of "designed in the US" but never "100% made in the US". Also, I'd really prefer if the journal didn't have any designs on the cover - just blank (plain colors are fine). Thank you!
