Monitor connection

Hello, can anyone advise me how to connect a S4403 Medion Akoya laptop to a monitor?

I have tried connecting to the HDMI port on the monitor from the USB port on the laptop but it doesn't work. It's an hp 22fw monitor with HDMI and VGA connections.

I should be able to connnect this laptop to a TV as well I believe?

only USB 3.1 port No.11. on the left side.

I'm still unable to connect to a monitor - I am using USB 3.1 port 11 on left side of laptop, but the laptop is still not detecting monitor.

Any suggestions?
