P6689 Randomly crashing then not turning back on

So I've had my p6689 since November last year and just recently I've encountered a problem where the laptop will just randomly shut off mid game then really struggle to turn back on.

It's been checked out and opened up down at a repair store and even they are stumped as they cannot find a reason why.

Fan temp was at a steady 56 when it started happening, no dust inside, no broken parts, no corrupt files and bios is also up to date. Also has been set back to factory settings and is still doing it.

Any advice would be amazing.

when i play on mine, sometimes it closes the page i was using. Just make sure there is no discord or anything in the background and it should work absolutely fine

what game are you playing, as the P6689 might not be able to take the game
