Issue with Keyboard Backlight Shortcuts on Erazer Deputy P60

I recently purchased an Erazer Deputy P60 and am unable to adjust the keyboard backlight using shortcuts (e.g., Fn + keys). The backlight works and can be controlled through the Control Center, but the shortcuts have no effect.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Vous avez reçu l'appareil sans système d'exploitation. Avez-vous « seulement » installé Windows ? ou avec les chauffeurs sur la page service ?

Sinon, vous devez recharger ces pilotes.
Les autres touches FN+ fonctionnent-elles ?
Sinon, les pilotes manquent ou la fonction FN a été réglée différemment dans le BIOS.

L'éclairage du clavier est contrôlé via le bloc NUM. Est-il actif/allumé ?

En fait, lorsque j'ai installé Windows 11, tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Cependant, après avoir installé le logiciel Control Center ainsi que les pilotes fournis sur le site de Medion, j'ai perdu le contrôle de l'éclairage du clavier via le pavé numérique.

À noter que la touche Fn fonctionne correctement, et le pavé numérique est bien activé.
