Requesting bios Update [Crawler e30]

I have an eraser e30 md62445

My bios version is :

Version:1.03.01RME1_00011.

does anyone have a different version of this bios ? My one has a lot of bugs, boot is crashing, keyboard is stopping some keys , and that’s only works when I reset the CMOS when freezes.

I am currently checking to see if we have an updated version for you, in the mean time please c an you confirm the MSN number of your unit.

It should be found on the back on a small sticker and is 8 digits long
