medion erazer crawler e30 problem with turning on

I bought several Medion E30s and each one has trouble turning them on. sometimes it works normally, sometimes it's hard to turn it on with the battery and the power supply, I have a 19.5v 9.23a power supply. BIOS updated, RAM and disks changed and nothing. anyone have any ideas.

I have an e30 that I bought two weeks ago, no matter what update windows does or even randomly, it freeze to start, most of the time the keyboard light comes for 2 seconds and the light of the disc stops, then the power light turns 3 times and everything stops. I have no ideia how to sort it out, the laptop just come again if I remove the battery of CMOS, and after 3 turns on it happens again. Another problem is when I open dota 2, my keyboard stop few keys to work.

CMOS battery is probably dead try putting in a new one

Hello

I have the same problem. Sometimes laptop starts normally sometimes you need to click few time power button. Reset RTC helps but problem come back . New RTC and bios don't solve problem. I heard that's factory problem with resistor. Maybe someone fix it ? I can pay but please show me location of this problem
