Medion Akoya S3409 (MD60480) does not power on

Good evening, a relative left me the device because he said it was no longer working. When I examined it I could see that indeed, the computer turns on and charges the battery but does not start. The fans are activated to the maximum and the keyboard lights come on but it does not show anything on the screen. I have not been able to get anything to appear on an external monitor either. I have powercycled, unplugged and replugged the battery and all the standard procedures. I think it's a problem with the BIOS, i have the means to reflash It but don't have the files, do you know where i could find them?

Could you clarify what is happening when you boot the laptop into safe mode? Any details or screenshots would be appreciated. If you are looking for the BIOS files I recommend contacting Medion Tech support for assistance.
