Questions about Medion Akoya battery

Hello,

I have not yet made the very first charge of my Medion Akoya. I am currently at +/- 40% on the battery level. From what percentage will I have to carry out this first charge? 10%? How long does it take to recharge the battery? If I don't use the device for a while (for example a few weeks), do I have to take special precautions? Should I recharge during this period of inactivity?
