If you look it in the medion official page, the tittle include "4GB" but in the specifications tab you can read "Memory: 8x DDR4-2666 SAM 4 Gb SDRAM K4A4G165WF-BCTD= 8 GB (onboard)", Has 4+4extra? 4 only? 2+2extra? It's a weird combo Ryzen 5 3500U with 4GB of ram... I think it's has 8GB.

8x DDR4-2666 SAM 4 Gb SDRAM K4A4G165WF-BCTD = 4 GB (onboard) .Edit: Typo corrected

Onboard means soldered on, not possible to upgrade with more RAM

8x 4 Gb (Giga bit) is 4 GB (Giga Byte) 1 Byte = 8 bit.
