E16401 MD62286 Fn keys

Is there a way to switch the function of the Fn keys (for instance immediately lowering screen brightness when pressing F5 and using the normal F5 function by pressing Fn + F5). For my previous (lenovo) laptop this was (quite easily) possible and now I'm very much used to it, but here I can't seem to find it. Hope someone is able to help! (and hope this is the correct discussion board for this question)
