if you´re still confronted with those reebots, you should check
a) your current Bios version and update it via Windows Update
b) check, if the MEDION Service App delivers any hint on a hardware error

Could you please chek and report us,which graphic driver versions and which BIOS (current V 2.13) you have installed on your machine?
This could give us a hint, in which direction we´ve to look at.

Hi @melinxadri ,

first of all ther has been some irritation due to the fact, that you headlined your post with the product naming S15449, which is by far a different laptop as the E15303, you´re actually working with.
I checked Bios & EC Bios versions and both of them are up to date, so what you can do now is performing a clean installation with the support of the Microsoft Media Creation Tool, which can bei downloaded here.

Download the software, create an bootable USB stick, perform the Windows installation and I guess, that should work out. You also can feel free to read our appropriate FAQ, to answer somedriver related questions.

Cheers

Hi.

First of all sorry about the wrong naming of the post.

I did the clean installation with the microsoft media creation tool but it continued happenig the blue screens, then I did a windows reinstallation with the bootable usb and I did all the steps again but its still not solved and the blue screens keep happening as before

Thanks for your help.
