CPU upgrade AKOYA P5390

Hello - I have an old ‘MEDION® AKOYA P5390 DR Multitasking Desk’, still runs pretty well, but wanted to look at upgrading the CPU.

I can’t find any information about the motherboard let alone a manual with compatible CPUs - the motherboard model number is H110H4-CM2.

Does anyone have any advice?

Unfortunately, that's the serial number. the MSN number is usually attached under the device. tilt it and look there.

I have a repair label on it that says 'Artikelnr. 10021110', which looks the same format as the one you sent. Hope this one is right! Thanks for all your help already!

I can't find msn 10021110 in the database.

but there is one on the services page, unfortunately there are no technical details stored there.

found this on the internet 1002110B.

Found this on the MSN lookup on medion.com - I assume it is the same page you found, not sure it tells me anything about CPU compatability? https://www.medion.com/gb/service/product-detail/10021110

In terms of taking a gamble on a CPU given the lack of details from Medion, would you say the I7 6700 or 6700k would be a good bet?
