medion pc is starting but the screen is black. can anyone help me with this problem if it has happened to anyone. Thank you

try another monitor. cable from the monitor?. Has the graphics card correct kontakt?

Remove the graphics card and try these if the board has its own monitor connections.

habe dass gleiche problem nur dass der bildschirm einfach so schwarz wurde wärend dem spielen er wird auch erkannt von windows und in der streaming software OBS studio sehe auch auch diesen monitor ganz normal habe DP kabel getauscht und auch mal per HDMI angeschlossen kein erfolg gerät wurde vor 3 wochen gekauft

Den E4360D / MD8338 meinst du sicherlich nicht, der ist ca.12 Jahre alt und hat auch kein DP oder meinst du den Monitor?

Nenne bitte die MSN Nummer vom Rechner.
