Medion Akoya E62021 - DPC_watchdog_violation

Hi,

Since the purchase of our Medion Akoya E62021 with Windows 10 Home last year, more and more frequently we are running in a DPC Watchdog Violation error, currently is happening multiple times a day.

Apart from a wireless mouse / keyboard no other things are connected to USB.

I tried updating the driver for the SSD hard-drive (e12c-128g-phison-ssd-b3-bb1), currently driver version 10.0.19041.789, driver date 21/06/2006, but the Phison website is not providing any updated drivers, with Google also not providing further clues.

Has anyone encountered the same and found a solution (driver or something else) to get rid of the constant DPC Watchdog Violation error?

have you already tried the generic troubleshooting for Blue Screen errors (available here)?

If yes, then please try this specific troubleshooting here.
