I have a question about the biOS.

I have tried everything to get into my biOS but can't, could anybody help me please?

I have a Medion Akoya P67042.

16.3.1. Executing the UEFI settingYou can only run the configuration program upon system start-up. If you have already started up your PC, exit Windows® and restart your PC.Before restarting your PC, press the button Entf and hold it down until the message Entering Setup appears.

I did what you told me to do, And It is still just stuck on a black screen.

just a few questions for me to understand what we are dealing with and the issues

What is the MSN number of your laptop ? (8 digits on the back)
What do you want to change on the BIOS , what are the issues you want to address with that.?
Is your machine still under warranty?

Hi, have you got the UK-Model? You bought it n the UK? Or which language was installed at buying point??

For the UK it could be MSN 10022635.
