Hi all,

I'm having a problem BSOD on my deskto

B560H6-EM2 V 1.1 board BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends International, LLC. 560H6EM2.116, 28/03/2022

I tried the solutions as sfc, fresh windows install...i didn't install a new bios yet.

Can anyone direct me which and where to download the correct Bios update?

If anyone has tips or tricks for a solution, any help is highly appreciated.

With the memory diagnostic tool i have the following error displayed on the pic below.

Please can you suply the MSN of the unit found on the back (8 digits long) so we can fully identify and look for an updated BIOS

please run the Medion diagnostics app to detect any hardware issues.

Hello,

does anybody know what I could do?
some days my pc won’t even start up. Sometimes it sticks in infinite loops and keeps on restarting by itself until I get to the log on screen and then it freezes again.

please help!

Hello @grimskunk and welcome.
Your first post/picture states that you have a RAM problem. Has the problem been resolved?
If not, try alternating between using one 16GB of memory instead of both (32GB). If the device crashes again, you may have found the faulty memory.
