    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Medion Support, my computer Medion&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Erazer Deputy P30 MD62473 with serial number 2206NP50PNPMKAP2001042 has a BIOS update block with the following symptoms: 1. Persistent error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"NPSXPNP04.efi boot fail" or "Update BIOS fail" 2. Failed attempts with: - Official BIOS files downloaded from the Medion website - USB formatted in FAT32/FreeDOS - Recovery procedure (Ctrl+Home)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect a hardware/firmware block because:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- The PC does not recognize correct BIOS files&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- The update always stops at the same point&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the device is still under warranty purchased on 03-09-2024 at 18:49, I request:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Confirmation if there is a factory block&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Instructions for unlocking the firmware&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.
