I need help to update the BIOS on Akoya P8306D

Dear Medion, I have a MEDION AKOYA P8306 D ES PC, with MSN: 1001 5595, PC System 7988 ES, with Serial Number: ob0013016, the BIOS version is E7741MLN.106.ROM, but there is a more modern version, E7741MLN.108.ROM, but I have not been lucky enough to find them on the Internet, the PC freezes and I have to turn it off with the power button to be able to restart it and when I enter the BIOS it does not let me exit, I have to turn it off and on again with the button, which is why I am begging in the forums that some charitable soul take pity on me and send me a link where I can find the BIOS, since you do not have it in the link where the other drivers for this PC are, I am aware that the PC is many years old, but for what I need it is more than enough, I also have I am writing to the administrators and users of this forum to tell them that I am very old and I find it difficult to write and translate into a language that is not my own, so please help me solve this problem.
