what Fishtown correctly is pointing out is the fact, that the Community can provide detailed information to your question, if we know in detail, which system you are working with.

ERAZER P10 is just an part of a brand name we not even have a glimpse,if you obtain a laptop or a desktop PC. Can you please provide the completre naming or(and) the 8-digit MSN article numner (like 3003xxxx or 1002xxxx).
Afterwards we surely can give you a technical answer to your question.
