Hi, what are my options to add storage to my computer? Can I add a m.2 ssd if it's a sata interface? For instance

WD Red SA500 M.2 SATA SSD 1TB

Your board no longer has any free space for another M.2 SSD.
There are three SATA3 ports where you can connect an M.2 SSD SATA (if you have already purchased it) via an adapter/converter. Or you can use a 2.5" SATA SSD. Place two of them inside the top of the computer. You have an inWin 301 housing, see here:
