Hello,

I have removed the Zotac RTX 3060 ti from the pc and want to use another GPU in the system. But when I try to use an Asus RTX 2070 Super the system has a black screen. I have tried to put in another old Asus Strix gtx 970 gpu also. The result is the same. Black screen. Also when I try to use the onboard gpu there is a black screen. When I put back the Zotac RTX 3060 ti - the system starts up fine? Is there some bios settings I need to change in order for the system to startup with another gpu or the onboard GPU?

Thanks in advance.

Hello @Rebecaann, and welcome to the community.

Is the new GPU already displayed in the Device Manager?
Normally, the graphics card must be activated in the BIOS.

After the activation in the BIOS and a restart, the problem should be solved.

Greetings,
EastClintwood
