Hello,

I buyed some aio and ocassionaly many of them stay on the "medion logo screen" and don´t start. I´m looking for a bios update but i haven´t found it.
Two of the computers have had graphics problems.
Could somebody help me?

Please let us know your currently installed Bios version and we will check if a newer version is available.

The bios version is AXI MD.11 x64.

Unfortunately, the bios version installed on your device is the latest one, probably the problem is caused by a hardware defect.
Please contact MEDION Service if a repair is necessary.

This is not possible, this error is random, it does not happen at every startup, we have 24 computers, send them to repair would be a serious damage to the company.
