Medion Fitness App zeigt nach Synchronisierung keine Daten an - S2500

Hallo,

Mein neues Fitnessarmband Medion S2500 konnte erfolgreich mit der Medion Fitness App gekoppelt und eingerichtet werden. Nach der Synchronisation zeigt die App allerdings keine Daten in der App an obwohl Daten auf dem Display vom Band angezeigt werden. Ich habe es bereits neu gekoppelt und mehrfach synchronisiert aber die App zeigt immer noch 0 Werte an überall. Die Synchronisation scheint durchzulaufen (Prozentwerte steigen bis 100 % an).

Es handelt sich um ein iPhone 5, iOS 10. Die Medion App wurde aus dem Apple App Store geladen.

Ich habe eben gesehen, dass bisher noch niemand auf deine Frage geantwortet hat.
Was ist eigentlich aus dieser Sache geworden? Konntest du die Daten mittlerweile synchronisieren?

Medion Fitness App

Well, I got 2 errors

1. loading friends failed

2. Check your internet connection, when try to sync with Medion Cloud Service

We checked the internet connection with our provider and the error is bogus, faulty app, needs to be rewritten

you can't even download your own data from the cloud, it's impossible says the author.

No use to uninstall it, you get the same errors

Tracker S3500 works flawless, sometimes sleep function is halted

Is thre a programmer in the room?

To my amazement my fitness app synced with the cloud and the friends option is replaced by the original leaderboard message...apparently at Medion had intervened after my bombardement of emails, feedback and on this forum.

Nevertheless now remains only option left to add namely the download possibility of your data stored on the cloud

As a diabetic I have another app named MySgr from Roche industry which has the option to 3 formats: PDF Excell txt I believe, so there is no argument not to implement in this app Medion Fitness. We are eager waiting when we can do this. I have also activated the option to Google fit so we can see the data from their point of view.
