The problem of saving the found stations

I bought the radio set Medion DAB+ P66550.

Everything works perfectly fine, except when I try to save the found stations.

The process I followed: I manually found the stations (the signal was good), then clicked the PRE / MEM button, found an empty spot with the TUN-/TUN+ buttons and confirmed the spot with >II. According to the instructions, the station should be saved this way, but it was not and the screen said Preset Empty.

Both, DAB and FM processes have the same result.

there is written: "Press and hold" ,are you doing that too ?

12.5.2. Manual storageTo store a station in a particular slot, press and hold the PRE/MEM button to select the memory slot.Now use the TUN- or TUN+ buttons or turn the -/+ controller to select the de-sired memory slot P01-P30.Then press the  button to store the current station in the selected slot.
