Hallo Community,

mein Smartphone Motorola Moto G 2. Gen.4G LTE reagiert nicht mehr. Einschalten geht, dann ist Ende, kein Reset möglich.

Accu ist nach trennen des Ladekabels vom Gerät über Nacht leer.

Ich bitte um Hilfe

willkommen in der Community.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass du dein Motorola bei Aldi gekauft hast und deshalb in diesem Forum gelandet bist.

Aber nicht alle alle technischen Geräte, die bei Aldi angeboten werden, sind von Medion.

Ich weiß allerdings aus eigener Erfahrung, dass Medion den Support für die bei Aldi gekauften Motorola Smartphones übernimmt. Deshalb würde ich mich an den Service wenden.

Oder du gehst mal über die Suche (oben rechts) und ergründest, ob die Tipps für Medion Smartphones auch bei deinem Motorola helfen.
