Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Mein Laptop bootet nicht mehr. Leider habe ich die Recovery CD nicht mehr zur Hand

Hat einer eine Idee wo ich die Datei finden kann ?

Das Steht wenn ich den Laptop einschalte

Hallo @AndreasHamm und herzlich willkommen in der Community.

Bitte prüfe einmal, ob die HDD und der Brenner noch im BIOS erkannt, bzw. angezeigt werden. Eventuell hat sich eine interne Steckverbindung gelöst.

Wenn du das Notebook von unten betrachtest und so hältst, dass der Akku oben ist, dann befindet sich unten links unter der Klappe die HDD. Bitte ziehe diese einmal ab und stecke sie neu. Möglicherweise besteht nur ein Kontaktproblem.

vielen dank für den tipp.

hatte ich bereits auch versucht. laptop wurde bei medion abgegeben und es wurde festgestellt das die HDD defekt ist.
