Jedes mal wenn ich den LAPTOP (MEDION AKOYA 3221 MD 61096) starte.

startet er ins BIOS wenn ich es beende startet windows 10.

wie bekomme ich dieses Problem los??

Dieser Fehler wurde schon einmal hier, hier, hier und hier beschrieben. Eine Lösung dazu gab es aber leider nicht. Ich vermute einen Hardwaredefekt.

Es war ein M.2 PCIe "Fehler", der die Meldung im Bios bei mir hervorrief. Es fehlten für die M.2 PCIe Platte die AMD Treiber, und dann kam diese Bios Meldung.
Nach Installation der passenden Treiber war der Fehler weg, und der Rechner konnte von der PCIe M.2 SSD booten.

Also ein Fehler in der PCIe Anbindung könnte Auslöser dafür gewesen sein.

Interessant ist dass es bei anderen Usern verschiedene Fehlermeldungen gibt, u. a auch ein Registryfehler, aber anscheinend öfters verschiedene Fehlermeldungen mit diesem Bildschirm kommt:

und anschließend die Bios Updatemaske mit diesen Einträgen erscheint:

Aber immer vergesellschaftet mit einem nicht Booten bzw das Betriebssystem nicht finden. Oder erst in einem zweitem Anlauf.

So dass ich momentan vermute dass ein bestimmter Fehler in der Erkennung und/oder Initialisierung von M.2 SSDs, ob nur von M.2 PCIe SSDs (oder auch von SATA M.2 SSDs oder den eMMC 'SSDs') dazu führt, dass es die verschiedensten Fehlermeldungen und einen Einsprung in die Recovery Seite des Bios gibt.

Auch wenn im zweitem Anlauf dann einige Rechner doch booten konnten, was für eine schwierige Erkennung der Startsektoren spricht.

Da diese Funktion aber natürlich kein passendes flashable Bios Update vorfindet, kommen diese beiden "Fehler" Einträge.

Alles nur ein kleiner Hinweis auf das was mir auffiel.

I had the same issue. I solved with hard reset. Fortunately all my pictures were on an SD card. I would have lost all data. I reached to Microsoft and they said "Your SSD is defective". I said "No way, I treat my notebook very well!". So I tried hard reset and it is now OK. Just make sure in BIOS you have enabled USB boot and make a bootable stick from Microsoft website with win 10. You will need another laptop or computer and a stick to do it. Than... 3 hours of updates and personalize.At the end: cleanup for space..

interessant und danke für deinen Bericht. Aber ich habe dazu einige Fragen.

Um beurteilen zu können, was abgelaufen ist, sage doch was für einen Medion Rechner du hast.

Nenne bitte die MSN Nummer. die steht bei einem Laptop auf deinem Aufkleber auf der Unterseite, bei einem Tower- oder Desktop Model auf einen Aufkleber auf der Rückseite oder auf der Bodenunterseite.

Was meintest du mit Hardreset? Das Ausschalten mit 5 -10 Sekunden Duck auf den Power-Knopf nach dem Fehler, um dann neu booten zu können?

Um welche Art SSD ging es bei deinem Rechner: eine M.2 SSD mit PCIe oder SATA Schnittstelle oder um eine 2,5" SATA SSD.

Aber unabhängig davon, du bekamst die gleichen hier benannten Bios Bootmeldungen

"ROM image is not loaded"

"ROM image update denied"

Was wohl zeigt, dass kein Hardware Fehler vorliegt, sondern eher ein logischer Fehler in den Dateistrukturen, die diese obskure Biosmeldung hervorrufen kann. Passiert das nur bei M.2 PCIe -Platten, oder kann es generell mit allen Arten von Festplatten geschehen. Dann wundere ich mich allerdings, dass in letzter Zeit vermehrt solche Fehlermeldungen gemeldet werden.

Please state the MSN number. For a laptop it's on a sticker on the bottom, for a tower or desktop model it's on a sticker on the back or on the outside bottom of the floor.

What did you mean by hard reset?

Switching off after the error so that you can then reboot?

What type of SSD was it: an M.2 SSD with PCIe or SATA interface or a 2.5" SATA SSD.

But regardless, you got the same bios boot messages mentioned here:

"ROM image is not loaded"

"ROM image update denied"

Which probably shows that there is not a hardware error, but rather a logical error in the file structures that can cause this obscure BIOS message.

In my case my 64GB sdd primary (the one by default) was split in 2 partitions: one for win of 40GB and the other partition for data. In my point of view downloads from the internet are better on a separate partition for security's sake. My notebook cares nothing for "don't upgrade unless I say so" and overwrites it, thus filling the C: where I had the win ,🙈🙄 My poor notebook entered BIOS and Efi shell. And went into a loop. I verified the efishell and I knew how to boot from there but I was honestly affraid. Never done it before. I realized that without enough space, not a chance to open the win. It was simply: full. So: common sense. Used my old notebook reached through the official channel. But since it couldn't open the win, how could they help. So, the next common sense thing for someone who knows a bit: I took out my sd card, grabbed a stick and did a hard reset repartitioning. Now I have my entire 64GB for win (why does it need so much space when I use the same stuff I used since 2005 idk, it just grows and I uninstall functions 🤣🤣🤣). I consider a second m2ssd in the future just because it would be more convenient than keeping my memory card slot busy. But if I can't use smth beyond 512GB I can remain to my 512GB card and that is it... cheaper... So yeah. It doesn't work: restart. Nothing? Unplug all cards and restart. Nothing?! hard reset, just like with phones: wipe it clean once in a while. Healthy and it lasts longer.

I have a Medion E3221 4GB RAM, 64-bit Intel N5000CPU 1.10GHz purchased in 2019 (I literally had to ask a friend in Germany to buy it for me cause I saw it on the website and I wanted it from a medion store, no third party stores - I am that crazy- 🙈🙈🤣🤣🤣).

I just read your other post from this morning, so I know now which laptop you have (a E3221)

But in the case report now you do not mention the specific Bios fault messages. So I ask you did you get the Bios message as stated in this thread? Because you wrote:
